CODE OF STUDENT CONDUCT

Students should be familiar with the Miami-Dade County Public Schools Code of Student Conduct – Secondary, which outlines the rights and responsibilities of all students in the District.

The Code of Student Conduct – Secondary, is available online at http://ehandbooks.dadeschools.net/policies/90/ It may also be accessed through the Parent Portal and the Student Portal.

Official school detentions, issued by teachers or administrators, are served Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM in the main office.

Students assigned to indoor (SCSI) or outdoor suspension are responsible for requesting and completing any missed assignments.

Days served in SCSI and/or outdoor suspension may cause a student to be excluded from school activities.

Students should strive to exhibit the examples of model student behavior.
